Davis Instruments Vantage Pro2 Plus Professional Weather Station, 6163EU. The presence of the pyranometer allows the calculation of potential evapotranspiration.

The link between the outdoor sensors (ISS) and the console is via radio waves on the frequency 868.0 - 868.6 MHz with a range of 300 metres at sight.

The console is equipped with a large backlit LCD display and can be mounted on a wall or placed on a table or shelf. The console allows you to view the weather conditions in real time, the extremes (maximum and minimum), the graphs corresponding to the different variables... It is also possible to set alarms and to connect the console to a computer (with the WeatherLink interface not supplied).

The sensor suite (ISS) is very robust and can be mounted on a mast (tube) or on a wooden pole. A dual sensor for measuring outdoor temperature and humidity is placed in a standardised radiation shelter with 24-hour active ventilation. The active ventilation allows a better accuracy of the outdoor temperature and humidity measurements 24 hours a day. The rain gauge is equipped with a tipping bucket system (single bucket system) for measuring precipitation and bird spikes. The wind vane - anemometer can be detached from the ISS and installed on a roof, for example, with its 12-metre cable. The ISS is equipped with a UV sensor to measure the UV index and a pyranometer to measure solar radiation and evapotranspiration (used in agriculture).
