Davis Instruments complete weather station, part number 6152CEU. The connection between the outdoor sensors (ISS) and the console is made with a 30 meter long cable. The console is equipped with a large backlit LCD display and can be mounted on a wall or placed on a table or shelf. The console allows the user to view real-time weather conditions, extremes (max and min), and graphs of the various variables. It is also possible to set alarms and connect the console to a computer (with the WeatherLink datalogger not supplied).

The ISS is very robust and can be mounted on a mast (tube) or on a wooden pole. A dual sensor for measuring outdoor temperature and humidity is placed in a standardised radiation shelter. The rain gauge is equipped with a tipping bucket system for measuring precipitation and bird spikes. The wind vane anemometer can be detached from the ISS and installed on a roof, for example, with its 12-metre cable.

With a transmission interval of 2.25 seconds, the anemometer can easily record the strongest wind gusts.

It is also possible to add an active ventilation 7747, a UV sensor 6490 or a pyranometer 6450 (solar radiation).

It is also possible to add a datalogger to the console. You can store more than 2500 data on the datalogger and transmit them to your computer using the WeatherLink software that is supplied with the datalogger.
