Professional rain gauge

The BRESSER Professional Rain Gauge is a radio-controlled digital weather station designed for precise rainfall monitoring and real-time weather data access. It utilizes a high-frequency (868 MHz) sensor known for its reliability and long range. Suitable for both home use and ambitious amateur meteorologists, the BRESSER Professional Rain Gauge measures and displays the following data:

    Detailed rainfall (in millimeters) over selectable periods (hour, day, week, month) with a graphical histogram

    Total accumulated rainfall from a specific point in time ("SINCE" function)

    Indoor and outdoor temperatures (in °C or °F) with an outdoor temperature alarm (frost warning)

    Indoor humidity (and outdoor humidity measured by the sensor, ranging from 1% to 99%)

    Minimum and maximum recorded values

    Radio-controlled clock (DCF signal) and comprehensive alarm clock with snooze function

Rainfall and temperature fluctuations are monitored continuously, ensuring the system responds quickly to local weather changes, allowing you to adjust your garden maintenance accordingly.

Sensors and configuration: By default, the BRESSER Professional Rain Gauge comes as a complete package containing one black indoor base station (95 x 23 x 154 mm) and one outdoor rain gauge sensor (109 x 109 x 200 mm). This optimized setup includes a detachable mount and all necessary mounting hardware for stable outdoor installation.

Power supply and housing: The BRESSER Professional Rain Gauge runs entirely on batteries (2x AA batteries for the base station and 4x AA batteries for the sensor; batteries not included). Thanks to wireless technology with a range of up to 150 meters, the outdoor rain gauge is completely autonomous and can be easily installed in the middle of the garden, away from any mains power source. The indoor base unit features a backlit 10.3 cm (diagonal) display for excellent readability and comes in a sturdy black plastic housing.
