After-sales service

The duration of the guarantee is indicated on the product sheet. It is a minimum of 1 year. The guarantee includes labour, repair costs and return to the customer. However, we do not take care of the return shipment of the defective product to our shop.

The shipment in SAV must be previously the object of a written request by e-mail. Packages without a purchase invoice or any element allowing to identify your order are refused.

The replacement of parts does not extend the original warranty period.

The warranty does not apply in the case of:

  • Abnormal wear and tear
  • Neglect
  • Lack of maintenance
  • Misuse
  • Modifications made by the customer

In most cases, the defective product is replaced by a new one. However, we try to replace only the defective parts as soon as possible. The mobilisation period of the defective product is usually 8 days at the most.

After the warranty period, we will always service your equipment. The repair parts will be invoiced to you and the labour will also be invoiced at the rate of 30€ HT per hour.
