You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post or e-mail) by post to the address JD ENVIRONNEMENT, 44C rue de Bray 35510 CESSON SEVIGNE, FRANCE or by e-mail to the address contact@meteo-shopping.fr

You can use the model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory.

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the right of withdrawal

You will have to send back or return the good, to JD ENVIRONNEMENT, 44C rue de Bray 35510 CESSON SEVIGNE, FRANCE, without excessive delay and, in any case, at the latest fourteen days after you will have communicated to us your decision of retraction of the present contract. This period is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, there will be no charge to you for the refund. We may defer the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall only be liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

Exception to the right of withdrawal

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts
- contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised
- contracts for the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software where the seal has been broken by the consumer after delivery;
