The Kwek tide gauge is a connected device that displays tide information at a glance.
Using a Wi-Fi connection, it continuously retrieves sea level data from reference ports and displays it on its intuitive interface.
This device shows the actual sea level with unmatched precision.
At a glance, you can see the current sea level, the tidal direction, and the tidal coefficient.
Users configure the device by entering their Wi-Fi credentials and selecting the reference port for which they want tide data.
Every minute, the device fetches real-time tide data and updates the display.
Reading the interface
The Kwek tide gauge interface is designed for immediate, intuitive reading. LEDs on the front panel provide all the necessary information at a glance.
Up and down arrows indicate the tidal trend: rising or falling.
LEDs within the lighthouse shape represent the current sea level, with each LED corresponding to one hour. For example, if all LEDs are lit and the arrow points down, the tide is at its peak and will be at low tide in six hours.
Dedicated coefficient LEDs allow you to quickly gauge the intensity of the tide.
This combination of light signals lets you instantly understand tidal movement and strength, without needing to read complex numbers or graphs.
